We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods (eSIMs), we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Refund Eligibility
- Unused eSIMs: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM QR code has NOT been scanned and the eSIM has NOT been installed.
- Used eSIMs: Refunds are NOT available for eSIMs that have already been used, installed, or if the data plan has been activated.
