1. Services Offered

esoim.com provides digital eSIM products for use in over 150 countries. Our eSIMs are data-only or voice + data packages depending on the product purchased. All products are delivered digitally via QR code to the customer’s email address.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent/guardian to use our services.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under it. We are not liable for any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely via trusted third-party gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

5. Delivery of eSIM

  • eSIM QR codes are delivered instantly or within a few hours to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Ensure your device is eSIM compatible before purchase. No refunds will be given for incompatible devices.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the eSIM QR code is delivered. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where:

  • The eSIM is not activated due to a technical issue on our side.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Please contact our support within 48 hours of the issue.

7. Fair Use Policy

Some plans come with a fair usage limit (e.g., daily high-speed data limits). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend data access in cases of abuse or violation of the provider’s policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Network outages, coverage issues, or speed limitations caused by the local carrier.
  • Delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect email input.
  • Loss of service due to device configuration errors or restrictions in certain countries (e.g., Turkey restrictions on eSIM apps).

Our handling of personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our use of your data as described.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
