  1. Activated eSIMs are non-refundable

    • Once an eSIM has been installed, scanned, or activated on a device, it cannot be returned or refunded.

    • This is because eSIMs are digital products and cannot be reused once delivered and activated.

  2. Unused eSIMs can be refunded

    • If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, you are eligible for a refund.

    • Refund requests for unused eSIMs must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

  3. How to request a refund

    • We will verify that the eSIM has not been activated before processing your refund.
